Additional Billing Information

1. Write the NCPLUS Account Number you will be assigned or your Username on the "Memo" line of your check. This will ensure that the payment is posted to the correct account. If you do not include your username or account number on your check, we will be unable to apply the funds to your account. This will result in your account being automatically terminated once the grace period has expired.
   Check amounts must be exact:
   $9.95 for 1 month
   $49.75 for 6 months ($8.29/month)
   $89.55 for 1 full year ($7.46/month)
   
   
2. Checks which are denied payment due to reasons of "Insufficient Funds", "Account Closed", or other reasons not the fault of NCPLUS are subject to a fee of $20.00 assessed to their NCPLUS account.
   
3. Credit card payments declined by the cardholder's financial institution are subject to a $10 service fee each time they are resubmitted and declined even if they are eventually accepted.
